The main process of the fish feed production line is raw material preparation, crushing, mixing, granulation and packaging.
01 Raw material receiving and cleaning section
Raw materials that do not need to be crushed are input from the auxiliary feeding port, and sundries and bulk materials are removed through the fence and then transported to the main cleaning screen through the conveyor and elevator to remove ropes and large debris. The raw materials enter the magnetic separator to remove the metal debris and then enter the batching warehouse to wait for batching. The dust generated by the feeding enters the bag-type dust removal system for negative-pressure dust removal. The raw materials to be crushed pass through the fence to remove impurities. The hoist is sent to the main cleaning screen to remove impurities such as ropes and labels. Then the iron impurities are removed by the permanent magnet cylinder and then enter the warehouse for crushing.
02 Crushing section
The raw materials after magnetic separation enter the crusher, and the screen is selected according to the requirements of different product crushing fineness. The material first enters the feeding auger, and the feeding speed of the feeding auger is controlled by the frequency converter. Materials enter the crusher through the feeding auger for high-speed crushing. This process generates a lot of heat and dust. The process uses a pulse dedusting system and negative pressure generated by a high-speed fan to make the crushed materials pass through the screen of the crusher quickly, solving the problem of heat and dust generated by crushing. Crushed materials arrive at the warehouse through conveyors and elevators to obtain raw materials.
03 Batching and mixing section
The crushed materials and raw materials that do not need to be crushed are sent into the batching process together. The automatic control system is adopted for batching, and precise batching is carried out according to two proportions. The liquid-adding system adds soybean oil into the batching. The prepared material enters the granulation section through the conveyor and elevator.
04 Granulation section
The materials from the mixing section are heated to 85°C by high-temperature steam for gelatinization, and then enter the granulator for granulation. The prepared material particles of the teaching tank enter the countercurrent cooling tower for exhaust cooling, and the cooled particles enter the conveyor and elevator to reach the finished product warehouse.
05 Finished product packaging section
An electronic packaging scale is installed below the finished product warehouse. The packaging scale automatically quantifies the packaging according to the adjusted and set quantity, and then the sewing machine sews the bag.

When making granular aquatic feed (sinking feed pellets), firstly, crush different raw materials with a crusher, and then mix them with a feed mixer machine. The mixed raw materials are semi-finished products of fish or shrimp formula feed. Next is the process of making pellets. The premixed formula feed enters the fish feed pellet making machine, and then the pressing roller and the ring die press out the granules (granules). The diameter dimension of the ring die is the diameter of the feed pellets. The ring dies with different diameters are used when making different sizes of pellet feeds.
When making extruded pellet feed (floating feed pellets), firstly, raw materials are crushed. If the raw material for floating fish feed is powder, it does not need to be crushed. Then mix the powder evenly. After that, the aquatic feed raw materials are uniformly fed into the floating fish feed extrude machine.
